OUR STORY

Hi there! My husband and I have been vacationing on Cape Cod since we met in 2012. We are native New Yorkers and proud parents of two boys. My husband, Matt, is a self-employed contractor and I handle all things interior design, hosting, and property management. Cape Cod is truly our happy place and we always had a dream to own a vacation property there. After years of dreaming, crunching numbers, and house hunting we closed on our first Cape house in September of 2020 in the middle of a pandemic! We spent seven months traveling from NY to the Cape on the weekends to renovate the house from top to bottom. From all the hard work came The Salt House, a fully renovated beach house 1/2 mile from the ocean. In March of 2021, we hosted our first guests and haven’t looked back. We currently have We have been purchasing, renovating, selling, and hosting properties ever since. We currently have two properties on Cape Cod and one in Naples that are available for rent. Our newest and most exciting adventure is the purchase of a five house cottage community on Cape Cod. Updates have begun and The Salty Doors will be available for rent in Spring of 2024!
